Marilyn Hermiston

Marilyn Hermiston (nee Currie) (born circa 1965) is a Canadian woman who has lived her whole life in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Early life

She is the only daughter of Clyde Currie.

Education and career

From 1984? to 1987?, she was educated at Red River College, University of Manitoba, where she took a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Technology.

She worked from 1975 to 2002 at Winnipeg School Division, and she is now retired.

Marriages and children

She married her first husband (Mr. Moffat) and informally adopted his three daughters:

  • Debbie Zamonsky (nee Moffat)
  • Laura Johnson (nee Moffat)
  • Angel Budge (nee Moffat)

Then she had two biological children with Mr. Moffat:

  • Sharlene "Shar" Telles-Langdon (nee Moffat)
  • Shaun Moffat

She then married Doug Hermiston, and adopted his existing children:

  • Douglas Hermiston
  • Sean Hermiston
  • Kim Hupé (nee Hermiston)
Doug adopted my two (Sharlene and Shaun) so I have 5 official children: 2 plus 3 stepchildren.
