Eva Cooke was the eldest daughter of [[John Cooke]] and [[Rose Cooke]].

She had two sons:

* Tom
* [[Jack Bate|Arthur John "Jack" Bate]] (2 August 1923 - 6 November 1944).  Jack was a fighter pilot with the 101st Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).
