Dorothy M. Townend (nee Lemaitre) (17 January 1911 - 3 January 1983) was a daughter of Christena Lemaistre, one of the Almonte Sisters.
Marriage and family
She married Herbert Allen Townend (14 January 1908 - 1996).
According to Geni, she had three sons. The first two were born within 4 years, but the youngest, Randy was born 22 years later.

- Edward Allen "Ted" Townend (1935 - 2018)
- James Randall "Randy" [2] (1957 - 2017). Died in Almonte of Lung Cancer, kidney, liver failure, multiple health issues.
