Maxime Trottier (born 3 June 1983) is a software developer living in Fort Frances, Ontario. He is the husband of Carolyn Trottier.
Early life
He was born 3 June 1983 in Geraldton, Ontario to France Genest Trottier (born 24 March 1949) and Celine Marie-Jeanne Trottier (nee Comeau) (born 25 October 1959). Although he was born in Geraldton, he always lived in Longlac, Ontario.
Career
Maxime has previously worked as a software developer. He took a sabbatical from work from September 2018 to May 2019 to raise his infant children, and has taken further sabbaticals since then.
Marriage and family
Maxime married Carolyn Currie on 6 July 2016. They have 2 twin boys and as of 2021 they live in Fort Frances, Ontario. Maxime supervised the construction of a large home for the family on Bone Road only 100 metres from Rainy River and just 300 metres from the US-Canada border. It was completed in 2023.
