Ian Currie (born 2 February 1968) is the plant manager of Richardson International's [plant] in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba.
Early life
Ian was born 2 February 1968 in Fort Frances to Doug and Loraine Currie. His younger brother Jeff was born two years later.
Career
Ian has worked at the oat mill in Portage la Prairie since about 1995. He has acted as plant manager while it was owned by Can Oat Milling, Viterra, and now Richardson International). This plant is one of the largest oat mills in the world, with approximately 200 employees.
