Neill Edward Currie (1921-95) was an economist who lived most of his life in Montréal, Québec.

His grave notes one of his proudest accomplishments,

He attended the University of Winnipeg and in 1938 became a Rhodes Scholar.

Michael Currie met him at least once or twice at his Montréal mansion, once perhaps on the way to France in 1987. He also visited Thunder Bay.
