William A. "Bill" Currie, born 1 July 1941, is a retired computer consultant from Kanata, Ontario.
Early life
Bill was born in 1941 as the oldest child to Jack and Lucy Currie.
He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1963, as shown in the Port Arthur News-Chronicle, 18 June 1963, page 3 with picture [1].
Marriage and family
Bill married Eleanor Isabel Jibb (born 4 July 1942) on 20 June 1964 and had two children:
- Janet Lynn Kelk (born 30 December 1969)
- David William "Dave" Currie (born 21 March 1972)
He has five grandchildren:
- Jacob Arnold Kelk (born 5 June 2001), from Janet
- Alexander Milton Kelk (born 25 June 2003), from Janet
- Liam Benjamin Kelk (born 25 January 2008), from Janet
