Anna Parsons, also known as Hannah Parsons, (nee Cake?) (November 1844 - 10 May 1920) was the wife of Richard Parsons.

She was born in Newfoundland and died in Port Arthur, Ontario.

She was the mother of Anne Parsons and the grandmother of Anna Currie.

Obituary

Mrs. Anna Parsons

The death took place this morning at her home, 170 Albert street, of Mrs. Anna Parsons, at the age of seventy-five years and seven months. Mrs. Parsons was born in Newfoundland and has lived in Port Arthur for several years. Her husband predeceased her some years ago. She is survived by give daughters, Mrs. Snook, Port Arthur; Mrs. Spencer, Newfoundland; Mrs. McGregor, Dorion; Mrs. White and Mrs. B. Hay, Port Arthur, and three sons, William, John and Joseph, all of Port Arthur. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family home, 170 Albert street, to St. John's Church, thence to Riverside cemetery for interment. Rev. O.L. Jull will conduct the services.
