Early life

Bessie was born to Henry True and his wife Alice in 1872.

Marriage and family

Bessie married David L J Griffiths and had 11 (!) children from 1892 to 1913, 10 of whom survived into adulthood. Among them:

David Reese Griffiths, father of 3 boys, including Dan Griffiths.
