A.W. Daby was a mining superintendant in Port Arthur, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.
The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1904 and inventoried at $5,320.36. He died intestate, without a will, and was survived by one child.[1]
