Carol Walker

Carol Walker (nee Johnstone) is a daughter of Joan Johnstone and a genealogist.

Family

She was born to Thunder Bay police detective Bruce Johnstone and Joan Bryer.

She married Jim Walker on 23 October 1982, and bore him two children:

• Daughter is Autumn Grace Walker [1], a nurse since 2016 at St. Joseph's Care Group.
• Son is Alex Walker [2], biking enthusiast, and installer at TBayTel since 2008.

Connection to Cousins

She is connected to Ron Currie in two ways:

1. Her uncle Don Johnstone was his neighbour on Hill Street South from 1982 to about 2014.

2. They share the same great-great-grandfather John Gray Snook; this makes them third cousins.
