Florence Shephard

Florence Shephard was a piano teacher who took lessons with Carol Chase, along with Ruth Newman who had the same teacher.

Florence and her husband Gordon were married in the manse at Scarborough Junction by Ruth's father Joseph Coulter. She was the mother of Jim Shephard, Ian Coulter's friend and fellow principal. She also played for Phyllis Coulter's school choirs at Guildwood P.S. and once this choir won first at the Kiwanis Music Festival!

Florence attended Ruth's 80th birthday at the Kenzie Speyside Estate on 2 July 1997.
