Jennifer Hunter

Jennifer Hunter is a Canadian athlete from Thunder Bay, Ontario, who competed in gymnastics and track and field, reaching the 1996 Canadian Olympic Trials in the long jump.
Career
Hunter began gymnastics at age nine and was immediately placed in the Competitive Group. She competed for nearly ten years with Thunder Bay Gymnastics and participated twice on the Ontario Gymnastics Team, which placed first overall both times.
She went on to compete in track and field at Lakehead University, where she was named First Team All-Canadian in 1996. That year she achieved the Canadian qualifying standard of 5.75 metres in the long jump, earning a place at the 1996 Olympic Trials. She received a City of Thunder Bay award in 1992 for significant athletic achievements.
