C. Palmer

C. Palmer was an esquire, barrister in Charlottetown, PEI, in the Thunder Bay District of Ontario.

The estate was probated in the Thunder Bay District surrogate court in 1908 and inventoried at $15,300.00. He died testate, leaving a will, and was survived by five children.[1]
